I called Dan and he asked me some simple questions over the phone and gave me a quote significantly less than two other competitors. From there we corresponded via text message. Dan showed up right on time, protected my carpet, completed the job in timely manner. He provided a permit, receipt and written warranty. I paid exactly what he quoted me. I highly recommend Dan for hot water tank replacement.

Earthbond was quick to respond to my call, and arrived promptly.They were quick to solve the issue and fixed the issue with the furnace is a timely major.With the job being left cleaner than it was, and the friendly customer service, I would highly reccomend this company, and will also use them for any future issues.

Jason Paul and his apprentice Andrew showed up at my home for a hot water tank replacement.Their thoroughness and attention to detail discovered inadequate piping that had been causing a carbon monoxide leak into the house. They took care of the issue, replaced the tank and left my home in a clean beautiful condition. Not only did these two wonderful gentlemen come into my home as professionals prepared to do a great job, they ended up being undercover heroes as I know they saved my life from carbon monoxide poisoning.You could not ask for two more awesome people to assist you then Jason and Andrew. I have been a customer of this company since 2013, until today. Starting 2022, they have canceled my maintenance appointment WITHOUT or with very little notice 3 times and basically told me I either had to deal with their flaky operational method (aka last minute cancellations), short-staffedness and prioritization over so-called no heat calls"

Great customer service. I needed a hot tub heater as mine had blown in the middle of a cold spell. They had a Balboa replacement in stock and were the lowest in Winnipeg. I was back up an running in a a few hours. Highly recommend!

Seemed like a nice guy at first and quoted the job below the price we expected but I honestly wish we had gone with someone else and paid the extra. He had initially told us the job would be completed within a day but a couple of months later we were still trying to get him to complete the job after we paid him in full. He was so unprofessional, always making appointments and never keeping them and would not pick his calls most times. After three months, I have realized I will have to pay someone else to complete the job he started.Update: That is not true Luke. For example, we told you that water was still leaking in the basement while taking a shower upstairs, a fault that only started after you worked on the plumbing. You left the ceiling tile open saying you would fix it but you never did.

We had a leak in our complex water heater setup (previous owner was a plumber) and while it wasn’t an emergency we decided we wanted to replace it with a tankless setup.My wife called Gary because he had done a similar job for a friend and he gave us a number right away which was in the range we expected and said he could come the next day.He arrived on time, took a look and got started. He reworked our complex system and installed a great tankless setup. He took away two water heater tanks and a bunch of other stuff that wasn’t needed and explained everything we need to know about the new system.Can’t recommend him enough if you need plumbing work.
